Only on Steam? This would be so awesome on consoles!
Now I know how it feels when PC gamers see a cool game is a console exclusive.
Granted it's a poor "victory" but still, it's nice to see SOME people realise what it's like on the other side. I was actually really surprised to learn that this is only on PC, it's the absolute perfect fit for consoles.. not least due to the 4 player co-op. Exclusivity...
Ha, didn't even know it was Steam only.
It's good that some people can actually wake up and see exclusivity is bad due to this.
But yeah I thought this would fit well on console as well, so hopefully for them they can get a console version after this is a success.
I remember when a 360/PS3 release of Magicka was originally planned but it never happened for whatever reason. It might be the reason why they haven't bothered with a console release for Gauntlet (yet).
The way I see it, every life is a pile of good things and bad things. The good things don’t always soften the bad things, but vice versa, the bad things don’t always spoil the good things and make them unimportant.
well its from Magicka devs and afaik Magicka sold aroun 2.5 milions copies on steam
and they only got in touch with Sony about Magicka 2 for now (i guess they had some issues with negotiations about Magicka and probably gauntlet )and yet they think its big risk - so i guess their reasoning is the same with this
When switching the spells on Wizard, you use the 1-3 keys. Push 1 twice -> get your spell. Push 1-2 -> get another spell. Push 3-1 - new spell. That way you have all 9 spells on 3 keys. The same system is used on controllers with the buttons. [NOTE: The Wizard has 9 spells and is designed to be the class with the most spells/attacks variety but also be hardest to master; the other classes don't have nearly as many and so probably are a little simpler in hotkey usage
Dont know what this is about but its weird to say tha least...And!
