lol check ur facts son all those "tweaks" are factory options... anyone can get a charger from the dealership with a police pkg on it...same with impala, same with crown vic...or get the car and then go to the dealer and intall it... however with half the money i could get twice the horsepower |

u can go to police auctions and buy a police pkged impala with 100K on it , 2003 for 5 grand...
that cop might have not been lying, maybe the dealers only sell cars to security and police forces, but then again, nah it cant be , all the options are totally legal and you can buy them seperatly outside and make your own pkg so it cant be illegal...
it includes a supercharger, chiped ECU for no speed limit... better suspention, lights, and some others modifications...

ahahhaahahahhaah NOT...lol its soooooo funny cause why get donuts and shit when we can get free healthy Mr sub, subway, and shit.... we do NOT drink coffee since it makes us want to pee alot and that is not good when you are in the car for 10 hours...
lol all cops in my division are such healthy eaters that its scary... noone eats on the road... EVER... all bring food from home... except me
i would eat a eclair though, mmmmmm...

Its just one of those stereotypical jokes...guess i got it from my dad. He'd always make the joke about the coffee's whenever he got pulled over or something. "Son, i betcha if i had a coffee and a doughnut to give the cop, I could get out of the ticket"
