Yeah, it's a self-cleaning seat in order to take care of the dipshits that spray everywhere and don't clean up. I guess some "funny" guy thought it was be hilarious to shit on it and record the clean up.

I've never actually seen one of those things but I'm guessing it's just a disinfectant thing that gets applied to the seat as it spins?
