Yeah I try to turn the derp mode on, but sometimes when they open their mouths it switches off, especially the blond hacker chick (which I hate) and the black bodyguard in this episode (FFS ).
It's really not bad especially compared to The Strain comic book and other sci-fi/horror tv series that we have nowadays like fucking Falling Skies or Dominion.

But the blonde chick opening her mouth can also be a good thing, depends on context
We followed her, because she will be some sort of special vampire, she will infiltrate the human groups, then she will be discovered and Eph will eventually find a way to revert her to full human.

And I think they touched up the Masters' prostetics. He looked slightly better, not much but less laughable.

Getting mixed feelings, almost no build up to the season finale, not even a glimpse of that killers squad, instead random bullshit about wife/grandma/kid/latinos mom and so on, last 3 episodes were boring, watched them in the background.
In comparison Tyrant had great buildup and decent season finale

The most bad ass guy is the one with the least acting stills. He's so cool. Hopefully they add him to crew.
Also vampire swat team must have a different master since the master they're hunting is linked to the thousands there. So there must be a good master vampire. Two made at creation. Lol. One good. One bad.
But it seems the military ones are American. I can't wait for flashback to ww2 where they are sent in to fight the master. Get some of his blood and try to manufacture it to get the strength and speed and what not without the link.

It's not that I don't like the show, on the contrary, but there are some characters that really get on my nerves and they seem to be invincible (Nora, her mother, the kid etc)
But the show is good when it focuses on what really matters. (Btw, even el puto guy is starting to grow on me). *joins VonMisk for the better writers wish quest*
Gus has been a promising character ever since it started, like I said several eps ago, I hope he joins the group soon. Anyway, people get so impatient about the vampire commando squad. They're obviously gonna reappear, and yeah, they obviously don't work for our derp looking master vampire
People got so impatient because in the last 4-5 episodes it was the one really interesting thing that could bring some "life" to this show instead we have kid running for the cigarets for some old hag.
