can anyone explain me what this is? i've tried snooping on theire website,but still...couldnt find anything useful. My System: CPU : AMD "Barton" 2500+. Memory : 768MB DDR PC2100. GFX : Nvidia 6600GT DDR3 128MB , AGPx8 M\B: Gigabyte GA-7VT600P-RZ MotherBoard Sound: AC97 Realteck 5.1 ALC655 - Audio.

it's a way of transfering funds to and from each other without giving out credit card information.

possibly one of the most safe ways at the moment on the internet Smile

hmm...i know that ppls one ebay using it.
but how does it works...if i have a paypal account (do i need a credit card for that?) and i buy something from someone,how do ge gets his money??

You cant read well, just read what paypal says. You can transfer money to paypal accounts via many means, such as but not limited to, bank wire transfers, debit cards...
