No... I am one of the lucky few - I live literally across the road from the exchange - I'm already on max ADSL speeds of 20mb, my speed estimate is 72-76mb (which is expected of course), and upload speeds were something like 17mb - happy day  Especially as it hasn't been advertised, nor has it been mentioned on comparison sites (yet), so I should be one of the very first in the area to get it

Pfft Lockerbie is just full of sheep and farmers... they don't need broadband, just BBC Farming Weather on the tranny.
I'm stunned that someone managed to slip them into the superfast rollout, and I know this is very new cos I've been checking the openreach rollout map site for months

I'm living among sheeps and farmers too, but we're a couple of centuries behind. I have a neighbour who was still on isdn until last year, go figure. But it's not even the low speed that bothers me, it's the fact that goes constantly on and off and nobody cares, no matter my threatening phone calls and complaints. We need to start a riot here, it's the only way xD |
