American Horror Story Release A New Killer Clown Image
Could the image above be a image of the much-hyped killer clown? The character rumoured to be in the new series of 'American Horror Story: Freak Show', also recently featured in a short teaser for the show.
The image was released today by Fox International along with further information about the series. With a plotline for the new series of the show. The new series will begin in a quiet, and creepy sleep hamlet of Jupiter, Florida in 1952. Jessica Lange's character owns one of the last ‘freak show’ circuses in America. The freak show arrives in the town as a dark entity emerges throughout the town. The storyline will follow the characters, as they struggle to survive amidst the dying world of the American carny experience.
Jessica Lange will return to the franchise as Elsa alongside a host of A-list actresses including Kathy Bates as Ethel Darling, Angela Basset as Desiree Dupree and Emma Roberts as Maggie.
Other series regulars will include, Sarah Paulson as the two-headed woman, Bette and Dot Tattler. Frances Conroy will play Gloria Mott, Evan Peters as Jimmy Darling and Gabourey Sibide will also return to the show in a character, yet to be announced.
‘American Horror Story: Freak Show’ will air it's first episode on the 8th of October on FX in the US and Canada. The show will return to FOX in the UK on the 21st of October.
I enjoyed Season 1 the most, although to be perfectly honest I'm not sure why. Season 2 was incredibly formulaic and they wasted what could have been an awesome setting. Season 3 was weak, but I enjoyed it anyway due to the theme. This upcoming one I'm not sure about, but I wish they'd rotate the cast a bit - tired of seeing the same people.

Are there any actors repeating besides Jessica Lange?
Almost the entire cast repeats every season, there are usually new additions throughout the season though.
jessica lange has been in every season (4th will be her last), along with a majority of the cast. Lots of new additions came in season 3, and season 4 has a few new ones as well.
This is really one of those shows you either love or hate, but there is definitely nothing else like it on TV right now.... well maybe Penny Dreadful.
