No bug. It's obvious you didn't watch the gameplay videos, especially the survival mode ones. If you see the xeno close to you'r position and it hasn't seen you your best bet is to stay still cause if you move abruptly like the player in that pic the creature will hear you and you're dead in 2 seconds.

Yeah I haven't. I've only watched 1 vid a few months back, didn't wanna spoil anything.
So it heard the player cause he moved away too fast and came runnin, that seems good. The gif made it look sketchy, I imagine with sound and without the consoletard slow camera movement it would look good.

Outlast got me Sad I don't usually play Amnesia style games, but Outlast... hoo~boy. Late night, headphones on, lights off... being chased by someone who sees you duck into a cabinet and drags you out = scared the fucking hell out of me grinhurt I can only *imagine* what it'd be like with some proper surround headphones and a Rift Very Happy

Sadly, Outlast didn't do much in the scare department for me (that Gluskin psycho in the DLC was perturbing though) Sad More cheap scares than it should've had. It was awesome in the atmosphere department though, great graphics and more than decent story told through the documents Smile

I'm pretty sure this one will blow Outlast iout of the water in the fear factor Very Happy
