Ok, just finished...Have bad endings for AC-center, Canyon and a little bit in Rodia...Only 1quest in Bastion was unfinished for all game cause of bug(Maggie has run away?!?? couldn't tell her about success). And one safe couldn't open - as i ve already said in Los Feliz. As always some things are telling about sequal, or even 3 part...What can i say at all - good, but it's not fallout! Far not! But this game gave me a lot of fun and real interest - forgot about all games for 2 weeks! Enjoyed it at all and off course want to see the future of franchise! Smile

Just finished it too now. Took me about 69 hours.

Well, before playing this game i hoped for something awesome like Fallout + Divinity OS. Sadly it wasn't as good Sad

Would still rate it 7/10

Yeah.. it was fun while it lasted. I finished it 1 week ago and still missing the game/gameplay so much. Made me reinstall all turn based rpgs i had, and even if its not as good as the old ones its still very good compared to whatever games are released these days. Also had no option to check for how many hours i played, blah
Though i'll only replay this when/if they add formations.

I think the future quality of the game largely rests in the promised modding kit and how radical the changes it allows/facilitates are. You can really only expect inXile to patch a few bugs, they aren't going to make substantial changes to mechanics, etc. at this point. All the major complaints levelled against the game are going to be up to modders to fix.

Sergeant Melson is who you want. He should have mentioned he was looking for scrap in his initial dialogue. Perhaps if you don't follow it up then you lose the opportunity. You should still be able to sell it to most other vendors (at a lower price). The chick outside buys scrap.

In regards to Baychowski:

Well Melson is not interested too. Selling using trade option he is giving 3$

As I said afterwards, it's probably a bug:

Ah, I see, my mistake - I thought you were talking about the broken weapon parts. That looks like it is a bug then, as actual scrap is indeed the currency, and not supposed to physically appear in your inventory as far as I know. You can loot it from enemies (which is where I assume the bug comes from, as it is physically represented in their inventories), but it should only ever add to your cash total.

Just ditch them by dragging them outside the inventory screen to drop. Unless they are undroppable, in which case you'll have to edit the save file and change the isOriginalProperty tag to false.

define gamebreaking. having to murder a whole town for a quest item because it bugged out is pretty gamebreaking to me, and yet technically it didnt actually break the game since you can just kill everyone

@Lithy are u kidding? Try to read my post about items some pages ago! All toaster items and all useble items that u haven't used. I had a lot of garbage from Arizona - about 100lbs, it is annoying but not critical(unless Bastion). U want too many spoilers, try to think a little as play first time and decide what to take by yourself, or watch wiki.

btw some items from your list still can be used in Arizona Smile

If you are already in LA, it's too late for some of these.

It's not a bug. There is 'scrap', and there is 'scrap metal'. First one is currency and the later you get from one of the merchants. Useless as far as I know. Same as regular squeezins and beer.
You can hold on to it till LA, tho. One of the factions talks something about scrap metal, so you never know.

Shocked Confused

I get the OPPOSITE feeling. Have you been on their main forums? The devs/producers interacts with their fans on a daily basis.

There's a new patch coming soon, looks to be a big one.
