I don't know if you are serious or not, but for me it's not necessarily a success criteria that it resembles an extremely boring part of real life. It's like a dish washing simulation! Just make the game fun, already!

Also the match engine runs terrible on my computer. I tried turning off the annoying crowd animations and some other stuff but there's absolutely no difference. I had no issues with the previous match engine and I run high graphics on other games no problem.
A new year, another buggy football manager game.
Anyway, the "known" issues as listed on steam. Of course there are tons that they haven't listed, but what do they care:

Known Issues with FM15 Pre-Release Beta
Stability
There are some issues with Mac OS 10.6.8
We still need to do some further optimisation on the Match and User Interface
User Interface
- This still needs to be polished in places
Match
- Poor goalkeeping, particularly at lower levels - sometimes leading to unusually high scores
- Too many poor back-passes leading to goals
- There are too many goals from direct free-kicks
- There are too many own goals, or incorrectly-awarded own goals
- Players occasionally control the ball with their head in unrealistic situations
- Some animations will require further polish – particularly with regards to 'skating'
- Some skin tones currently appear lighter than intended due to a lighting issue
- The touchline team talk options need some tweaking
AI
- Balancing is ongoing to the AI managers' transfers and squad building
- Balancing is ongoing to managerial appointments
- Balancing is ongoing to user job interviews and job offers
- Some players become unhappy too quickly (and some are too easy to talk around)
- There are some graphical issues on the conversation history screen
- Users can currently make only one board request per day
- There is missing information on transfer window round-up news in some situations
- AI managers occasionally give contradictory opinions about penalty decisions to the press

I downloaded the 3DM rls but all the players in the team are with fake names, and I unchecked the box at the beggining, is the situation the same with the legal version (because it's beta) or 3DM just don' goofed.

The outcomes of games seem a bit more normalized now, from being high-scoring games because of keepers doing crazy amounts of fumbles and mistakes.
The Match Engine pushes my 570 into high-gear for some reason, anyone else experiencing that? The level of graphics in this game is a bare minimum and I wonder what's jerking my card around so much.

We all know that will not get fixed until 15.0.9, at least, besides its in beta, and it could be your 'tactics' that are pushing your GPU to the limits. Failing that, it's the 'tactics' to blame, and not the game. The ME is perfect, and will be used in FM2016, OK?
