cause its very easy for the dude who hacked/took over your acc and got games on it to regain access. even if you contact costumer support via phone and they "mark" the account. as i said, a friend of mine had a few problems.

So how do you fix it so it doesn't happen? I've change the password to the most random thing I haven't used anywhere, I added Login Verification where you cannot login unless you enter a code that gets sent to your e-mail. And I changed the security question.

the story ended with bf4 transfered via support to a new second account (after lost control of the account 3-4 times again). if a person was once logged in into your account he knows everything the live support asks to change the pw and email again. security question and verification email doenst matter then
the story was: someone hacked his account with a few games on it, fifa bf4 etc. bought bf4 premium and sold se acc on a russian side. as i said even if the support via phone "locked" the account the russian dude got it back a few times cause he had proof he bought premium and knew which games were registred on the acc etc pp

It's spyware as much as Steam is.
ps. Origin sales are even worst than Steam's because of the smaller catalogue and even higher original prices compared to Steam.
