See, thats what gets me...seriously, why should someone feel bad when they see something like that...its not ur fault she stuffs her face full of shit, for whatever reason...and man, fat ppl have ENOUGH fuckin reasons...stress, hormones, genetics etc...all of which are BULLSHIT. U eat to much, thats it....just because u one chick/guy can eat a 5lbs steak and stay fit doesnt mean every woman/guy can do the same and stay fit - everyone is fuckin different and u eat according to your body.
Like fuck, I eat like a horse but i seem to stay in shape where as I have friends who have to work at staying in shape...doesnt mean there is something wrong with them or anything.
Thats what it comes down to i think, overeating and laziness...seriously. Someone sits around eating junk food all day, doesnt exercise and then complains when they get fat...fuckin pathetic. Those ppl get no simpathy from me...and I know this one girl who, in highschool, used to be beefy, like mad beefy. Anyway, now, she's a size 2 or 3 and really hot..compared to her former self, she's average tho...so its not impossible to change, all it takes hardwork, persistence and dedication...I dont understand why some cant do that or apply it
Anyway, theres my lil rant...this is something that really bugs me tho and annoys me quite often.

i used to weigh 115kg , you couldnt really see cause i'm 1m85 but i was getting back problems so i lost 33 kg. thing is, i didnt eat that much. no junkfood but just sometimes cookies or candy or something and always drinking sprite.but at a certain point you cant get any more weight cause you burn so much calories by just walking. those chicks in the upper spoiler must do nothing then eat all day long, all fat stuff and no excercise whatsoever. but i tell you, its hard excercising when you are overweight and have problems like me and my back. its not my condition that was the reason i stopped to early but backpain etc..
i now also dont understand how you can fail in a diet . 3 months i ate little with only water (still only water and alcohol ). its not hard dieting, it just takes alot of willpower and you have to want to do it. first week is hard, second week is hardest (your body is adjusting to other eating habbids, i had stomach cramps for 4 days). i know what your thinking now its not healthy to have stomach cramps from eating to little and i agree but there is no other way to let your body adjust fast enough. to bad i dont have anygood before pictures .
also i never complained about beeing fat
my brother is skin over bones and he eats more then me so.. pure genetics
i you have diet questions just ask me lolz

ow calorie diets are utter crap. i followed my own diet (no sugar, minimum fat, 3 meals a day nothing else). you just need will power goddamnit.

I´m one of those people who can eat whatever the fuck i want, be lazy as hell, and don´t gain a kg. I rarely excercise, and if i do, it´s in the form of physical work. But hey, all i do is like eat, and sleep. And between that i sit by my pc A couple of years ago i used to play football (yes, soccer), with pretty hard excersises, and i was in pretty nice shape, even got a sixpack When i quit i thought "Man, i´m gonna be fat as a whale", cause all i did was eat, sit by the pc and sleep. Today I STILL LOOK THE SAME, even the fucking sixpack is still there (i don´t care if you don´t believe me). And yeah, i really feel lucky that it is like this.
Another thing is that i can either eat like a horse, or, eat like on sandwich and then go without food for maybe 6 hours. Sure, i´m hungry then but during those 6 hrs i loose my hunger-feeling, so i could probably go longer, but after 6-7 hrs i get weak and tired, so i have to eat..

Actually the ladies love a man with a large post count. It displays desired traits such as, ability to commit and loyalty. And you can't go wrong handing a woman an advance copy of her favorite band's new CD. Oh and they'll be all over you if you can rid their PC of viruses and spyware. Chicks dig nerds.
As for the ugly comment, i don't know about some of these other guys but I'm a smokin' hottie. |
