In the comics, there was at least one instance (that I know of) where Cap was able to pick up his hammer.
And in Marvel movieverse, the only one ever to hold the hammer is Thor, so naturally he's suprised the hammer even twitched a bit.
And also.
Spoiler:
there's speculation that this might be how they eventually kill Ultron, everyone else down for the count, especially Thor, then Cap in a last ditch effort picks it up and smashes Ultron to pieces.
The way I see it, every life is a pile of good things and bad things. The good things don’t always soften the bad things, but vice versa, the bad things don’t always spoil the good things and make them unimportant.

Looks like they are doing a 360 shot like the did for the first movie.

It's undoubtedly going to be a fun movie, but don't think it'll surpass my 6/10 first-Avengers rating. There's simply nothing of great appeal to me. It'll surely have its share of cool fighting scenes and explosive battles, but nothing more than that. The band will fight a bad guy who'll most likely be just as shallow/hollow as the other villains depicted in other the Marvel movies. Nothing much of value will happen story-wise as well. No main hero will be hurt majorly, let alone killed (Marvel won't take such a risk and they need any available hero for any subsequent sequels/prequels/spin-offs/reboots). It'll follow this formulaic approach of the heroes having a few meaningless broils between one another ultimately leading to the final boss battle. And the fact that two more Avengers movies have been announced already negates to a certain respect what'll happen in AoU. At least the element of surprise has been somewhat ruined. Marvel's just become this conveyor system that delivers these uniform movies having only a different outer image whereas anything underneath stays the same.

That would be an improvement because I wouldn't say that Avengers 1 had great dialogue
