Hahah Perfectly sums up our road maintenance sessions. I wouldn't be surprised if all the people who disappear are simply trapped inside the street hole cookie monster xD

Commune workers have that reputation in Belgium. While some are really slackers, I know a lot of those situations is caused by crappy management and paperwork tbh.
Did jobs for the commune or with them at my last job and my god... sometimes they send out 4/5 guys for a 1 or 2 man job just to get everyone out and working.
