Wrong thread. Sad

The way I see it, every life is a pile of good things and bad things. The good things don’t always soften the bad things, but vice versa, the bad things don’t always spoil the good things and make them unimportant.

Reminds me of a joke in Fanboys, with that muscular guy having a huge Jar Jar tattoo on his back. "I'm telling you man, that Jar Jar is going to be the shit!". Laughing Laughing

I just watched these with my son (4,5,6) and I wish I had this. I'd never seen the new versions, and so much of the CGI looked well out of place

I'm okay-ish with Lucas insisting to update visually the Star Wars movies but when you realize many of the updates are CGI made in 1997(!), edit: actually 1996(!!), you can't possibly take him seriously.

If he was such a perfectionist he claims to be he would remake the CG with 201x tech. Then maybe it wouldn't look out of place.

Maybe that no-talent hack Abrams can get the suits to fund another update of the old trilogy? Would seem to be just the thing to generate even more interest in his all too Hollowood follow-up.

Uninspired title, but who cares anyway. As long as the movie is good..

I guess The force Awakens means that both dark and light side awakens.

A rephrased down to earth version of this title could be "Here we go again!" Very Happy

It could very well cover a story where Jedi and Sith are in constant conflict, like in the Old Republic.

More people who can use the force becoming Sith during the era of the empire makes a lot of sense, like it was covered in other stories that are not episodes 7-8-9.

I think a large scale Sith-Jedi war would be awesome to watch. Not that political bullshit covered in EPs 1-2-3.

The stuff in EP 6 doesn't make sense anyway. You destroyed the Death Star once more, that's cool. And you killed the emperor! THAT'S AWESOME! But what about the rest of the imperial army? And I seriously think that there are more people like Moff Tarkin who devouted to the empire, and the Sith(s) ruling it. Yeah, let's just celebrate anyway Razz

Anyway I'm hopefull. If they can come with a story like KotOR 2 and pull it of, I'll be pleased.

I hope JJ doesn't drop Star Trek just because SW does well. I really want to see more Khan.

Orci, having never made a single movie before, is being handed ~$200M to direct his Star Trek 3 script and SW Ep8 will be directed by Rian Johnson (who is also looking to be involved with Ep9 as well).

99% JJ will be done with both franchises after SW Ep7 (as a director that is). Next stop: Stargate.

"I think Call of Duty resonates because it's believable and relatable," Sledgehammer Games cofounder Michael Condrey says.

Believable and relatable...Yep, sounds like Call of Duty
