Techland "lost" the Dead Island franchise or well maybe they never had it, they're doing Dying Light instead which is the same as Dead Island but a bit different. Razz
(And this is some sort of Telltale style action/adventure game as a sort of prologue to Dead Island from the publisher owning the DI rights.)
(And a beta key for DI2, which I guess is what most people might be after with this game.)

Better than expected, but not much
I had a decent time playing it, but everything is SO basic. There is no upgrades, few weapons, few types of enemies and only useless collectibles. On the plus side the gameplay is nice and responsive, the cel shading looks really good and there are some really nice locations.
Recommended if you got nothing else to play.

Barely 6/10
