Mobile mining is missing, which sucks 
I am however confident they will add it soon, i'd rather have the game than having to wait for it because of mobile mining, so far it's great fun, and i'm looking forward to patch 1.3 and mobile mining

it runs for me at 1.0 - after applying 1.2 it crashes after loading screen - does anyone have an idea?

Is this game a lot of action like freelancer where you are one guy, trade things to upgrade your ship and complete some missions like a rpg or it's some big complicated shit where you have bunch of ships/bases/political shit with other race + 1000 useless stats and you wait 2 days before having any action?

wired...
i used sfcure before and it worked for me (but had the execute=optin trouble) with trackmania...for x3 it doesnt work.
i physically disabled my cdroms, started sfcure (i saw it starting in the dos box), disabled virtual drives with sr7 and it checks the disk for about 3minutes and says i should enter the original disk.
wired thing is that my sf nightmare doesnt work anymore. i can click whichever button i wont, it does nothing. :-/

BUT, meh, unless u have like a 7800 its pretty much unplayable.
I mean, if 10-20 fps is playable to u.. then happy for u
Its a known issue with the HUD (interface), it eats cpu/gpu power like a starved cow. Try pressing shift+H, and see the FPS double up.
I'm putting this on the shelf for now, waiting for an official patch or a simple-hud mod (which is in the works now)

I can't even Find those ships in the FIRST mission that i need to kill!!
I must be in the wrong place... heheeh
But it's a really nice looking game!
Guess i'll try a little harder..

I dont use joystick so i cant tell u how good that is, but i have read in other forums that the mouse control are more accurate then the joystick. So u dont need joystick:D
the mouse control are imo to fast now so it feel more arcadish now, accept in the main meny its like slomotion.
If you're going through hell, keep going.

Anyway , i picked the first option after you click New game!
Isn't this Story mode??
And i finally found the Gamma team and killed those red purple bastards... heheeh

Depends. Is this the DeepSilver version? If it is, it should work. I know the release says Enlight, but some of the templates here say DeepSivler, so check. If it IS the enlight release, it might work. If its the Deepsilver release, it will work.
