Or more realistically Lambos don't have to sell to the peasants to make a profit. But AAA games do.

I'd say the remastered versions of MGS2/3/PW are almost (~90%) guaranteed to come on Steam in the future.
TWIN PEAKS is "something of a miracle."
"...like nothing else on television."
"a phenomenon."
"A tangled tale of sex, violence, power, junk food..."

You should buy them for me then! A +1 sale is a +1 sale and if you won't play them..

The only reason I buy games like Revengeance, FFXIII etc is to increase sales so that better ones come. I never intend to play those, but I'm glad it's working. |
revengeance was an extremely fun game, basically the creator of the original devil may cry made his version of an mg game.

I still haven't played MGS4, but I watched it on YouTube. Still would like to play the 45 minutes it takes to beat the game without watching the cutscenes |
Haha! That's exactly what I did, or better..tried to do until I got bored and embraced the rage quit. They were really too many..
At least we can run Snake Eater at 60fps/1080p with AA/AF with the good ol' PCSX2, it's something. It's not perfect though, since there are still some glitches/missing textures in a couple of levels, and with the 360 derpad it's a real pain in the ass to reconfigure all the controls (only the triggers are pressure sensitive) but definitely playable. More than Double Agent which is still a mess :<

I tried MGS3 with the PS2 emulator many times during the years, with bad results.
Finally bought PS3 when it became reather cheap basically just to play the cool Japanese exclussives like Virtua Fighter 5 (my favorite fighter game), MGS, Yakuza and so on.
Finally, I finished all the MGS games from 1 to 4 in one large run, and it was splendid. I still think MGS1 is the best of them all, the now poor gfx aside, but back then on PSX, it must have been a huge hit.
It's my impression that during the years, Kojima kept losing it, and MGS4, though it takes place in Prague where I live, suffered from rather bad and senile storytelling, and that last graveyard scene was just no...
Did not finish Peace Walker, it's too consoley, grindy and simplistic.

That 60fps must be amazingly smooth between the stutters.

No I didn't? I said it requires a kickass system and that FC3 had insane DX11 stuttering. You pretty much need a 7970+ to get 60 most of the time with ultra settings. Looks great though but yes, do use the mipmap setting tweak in order alleviate the hitching during fast vehicle travel (same shit as pretty much any open world game in my experience, either run from SSD, throw fucktons of VRAM at it, or adjust streaming settings)

Who cares. Anything is smooth at 30fps as long as you enable Motion blur.
Just ask KC for proof, he would confirm this
