Nah, that isn't it, as the whole environment is normal, but only enemies are highlighted blue (and not all of them by the way)
I think it has something to do with the Batmobile, since you can use it in fights now IIRC, maybe at a press of a button batmobile shoots out the "totally non-lethal rubber bullets that travels at the speed of light and would totally crush someone's skull in but he'll be fine, honest" thing.

i suspect that new fancy drm-that-isnt-drm will be crizzackled by june 2018 when this game finally comes out, but i still wont cancel gmg's kind preorder for me... it does look really nice and even though that parity bullshit was a bit discouraging (i hate developers and publishers talking about that, because a game being anything less than the best they can make it, is a disgusting failure to the consumer), i still think rockstar has enough cred from 2 really wonderful previous batman games, that im willing to trust they can pull it off a third time.
