AFAIK the new patch is not yet released for PC. |
Patch 1.4.0 is out 2 days ago on Uplay.

We're not going to bother listing all of the things wrong with this
2-weeks-late "proper". Next time, just save everybody some time & bandwidth,
and pre a nfo with a link to the cs.rin.ru post you were reading.

and supposedly broken datafile (~15gb) is fixed using a patch (~20mb).

It was inevitable. We've gotten so used to them fucking everything up we just assume it was them.
All these fixes and patches should have been done before launch.
I don't know why they couldn't have postponed the game a month. I know they're aiming for the holidays but there was still time. Most people would have overlooked the pisspoor performance if the bugs and glitches weren't there.

From RIN it looks the Game has rlsed an 1.8GB Update. Question is now does this all contain fixes or is some DLC included ?

remember ghost recon ? 1.4 patch "fixed" the horrible performance, but actualy had lowered shadow quality or something by doing that
