So i planned to buy myself a new computer now with black friday and all. I found all the components, but had to call up for some reason i'm not going into, and forgot my phone. Well, now i'm home, and everything is either sold or nearly back to full price. Shit day

If you can't find a job then learn a 'second trade' and make some money on the side.
I heard snus costs an arm and a leg in Norway, how about you take a trip to Sweden and stock up so that you can sell some to friends and familiars (alcohol and ciggies also work).  |

I didn't! I called them and it worked out. Only offer i missed was the motherboard for about 110 Euro less. Other than that, it all went smooth.

Norwegian priced mobo. It was perhaps less, but pretty cheap relatively. Asus maximus hero something. Just wanted something that wasn't completely low end, and i read good things about it. Also a I5-4690k and Hyperx Savage 2400Mhz 16gb.

Yeah, i exaggerated a bit.
126 Euro was the price i wanted to buy it for earlier.
212 Euro was the price i ended up with.

Ehm.. Why do you go out and buy the most expensive shit if you don't have any money  I make 10 times more a month than I have spent last week on my hardware upgrade (it was 4 years since the last one and I was sick being stuck on a shitty as AMD second gen quad) and still I split the upgrade in two and will wait with the graphics card until at least february

Black Friday is USA made thing. Before Americans started being all consumerist crazy, there was no such thing, especially here in Europe.
The same is with Santa Claus that we all know. It became popular after Coca Cola started advertising it 
We had it here, but I don't know if there was such extent to it. My colleague from work bought ipad for a good buck (well considering how overpriced apple stuff here is, it was a good deal).
If you'll use your comp for other than just gaming and watching movies then it's a good investment (coding, developing stuff, doing web design etc.). Otherwise you are just throwing the money into something you don't really need.

Ah komplett, they seemed to be the only one really pushing it over here. The rest mentioned it but had just normal sales really.
I checked webhallen and went:  No difference with the regular sales.

We have those too (sort of), but the funny part is that many of them sell stuff from three years ago at full price because people doesn't have any knowledge on tech and 'puters anyway 
Assembled PCs are the worst. The 700-800€ ones have a real value of 200€..at best, yet you see people who are ecstatic because of the 15% discount. Blessed ignorance |
