As i understand Emergency 2012/2013 aren't from the same developer as Emergency 1,2,3,4 (Also 911 First Responders). I read the original developers are currently making Emergency 5, which i hope will be better.

seriously confused with all these emergenc games
so if I understand it correctly
- the year ones have thematic catastrophy campaigns you have to deal with pre-choosed stuff
- the numbered ones have a big city with set of random incidents you have to deal with your upgradeable stuff

I thought that Emergency with a year are spin-offs while Emergency with single digits are the proper games.
So yea, Emergency 5 is the proper game.
Gonna check out ISOdemo and buy it if its good.

Performance is unworthy of every description and I had several BTDs but overall it´s a good game. The new concept of mission hubs is a real step up! UI has its flaws but the semi-automation of your firemen and medics helps a lot.

UI is better than E4 and some of the commands are automated now. Like firefighters when you press a tool (like hose or extingusher) now go automatically to pick it up.
But the performance, oh god....

But the perfomance? OMG, if i have two emergencies at the same time you are FUCKED
and i don't know why they still place police, it's the worst type of emergency to have because of how they designed the police system
