Install any NFS, replace NFS logo DDS file with Ubitard Crew logo DDS file, profit. |

Well they hosted more beta's on console since the infrastructure was more tricky! (I shit you not, they officially told that on the forum  )
Maybe they needed more beta to work out the easier infrastructure on PC platform!

I unlocked the asian version with an Hong Kong vpn in uplay. After that you dont need the vpn anymore and you have the international version.
Played yesterday for 30 minutes and found it quite ok at first impression.

I played the "demo" a bit with my 7970 it was shit high ten. With MSAA an unbeliebably bad performance and these arcade controls suck dick. A game I wouldnt buy for a fucking penny. Or a pile of shit.

Runs at locked 60 fps @ 1080p for me with max details and 4xtxaa (GTX 780)
Graphics are good considering it is such a big world.

Odd considering my friend has a 970 and drops to ~40's when even 2xTXAA (FXAA is solid 60 tho) is enabled, so finding it hard to believe

In beta it has always been very odd on performance, a typical Ubi title in that sense (eventho it wasn't Ubi). With my 560TI I was running between 40 and 60 fps. While others with more powerful hardware were struggling with it no matter what settings/tweaks. Usually came from people with the 7000 series tho. |

Yeah but we are talking about both Nvidia cards here, with the 970 being a little stronger and my 770 a little weaker than his 780.. So estimates are easy made..
Both are seen with my own eyes, so not something from just hearing or what so ever. My 770 had in some area's with FXAA a little struggle keeping solid 60, but crashed down into 30's with TXAA..
Plus it's well known that TXAA is an FPS killer, even on high end rigs.

You must have some serious headinjury to actually believe that
2xTXAA already more taxing than 4xMSAA:
Even on nvidia their own pr site they show that it's clearly more taxing than 4xMSAA
Only in the few recent titles they claim it's faster, but everyone knows it isn't

It might run in the city with TXAA, but on grassy areas not. My 40fps dips where from the very first mission going through corn fields and what not. Most of the time it was still 60fps, but I don't want it to drop ever.
Drove right next to a fence and compared TXAA and FXAA and couldn't see any difference, so I choose solid 60fps always  Also on this game FXAA doesn't seem to blur all that much, switching from no AA to FXAA was pretty impossible to notice anything bad.
But spoke too soon about the smooth launch, eveyone lost their season pack, pre-oder bonus and golden plate bonus cars. Someone messed up real bad, PS4 version users had trouble unlocking their stuff, they hit some sort of reset in the patch that affected all platforms.
They say they are working on it, but some HC gamers lost their fully tuned cars and people lost their main drivers too. Hopefully fix is soon, but in the mean time DO NOT unlock any preorder stuff yet.
edit: and it's fixed, cars are back

it says locked to asia, but thats not true. you just need hong kong vpn to activate the key on uplay (flyvpn worked fine). the game itselfs regs on uplay as the crew (worldwide) and all languages are available and works fine with my german ip
