A technical question from someone who never used Steam....
I'm reading about its streaming abilities (running a game on highend PC and playing it on a weak HTPC in living room, for example). My question is... can I have Steam indexing and running "isodemo" games as well? Or do I have to buy the game to be able to stream it?

yep works, just add it to your steam library. although i would recommend you not to use it for isodemos of steamgames

Even more, you can stream isodemo of the game as if you did own the game and it will show in the Hub for that game, heh.

He's probably trying to make a point about what terrible people Digital Homicide are. They release two broken games and then try to DMCA people that criticise said games on youtube.
Greenlighting them just encourages them to make more broken games.

i saw gems, i was pretty intrigued.
i heard auction, my interest kinda dropped... if gems could be used to 'spin a wheel' and maybe win a prize, that'd be great, but auctions? nope.
i saw the current bid levels, i laughed and said 'fuck this'.
maybe the average auction bid will drops massively during the sale, but im not really interested. this will be great for removing cards from the market though, so i support the fuck out of that!

Absolutely ridiculous. "Bids" start at several THOUSAND gems, yet items in your inventory are worth a handful at best. So what do you have to convert to get anything worthwhile? Do you have to "convert" a Flaming Team Captain in order to get a few thousand "gems?

You can buy sacks of gems(1000) on market. looked like fun but meh, guess this will mean we will see huge bids from the market whores

Maybe this is why the values are high, cuz this is the first round, maybe eventually whatever game we want to bid on will have smaller bids once the highest bidder wins it.
