I've seen enough ports in my lifetime to naively believe such tempting PR baits, even the official ones.  Deep inside I hope it's all true, but in reality I can only embrace ye good ol' 'I'll believe that when I see it' motto and mentality*

Admittedly, Gta4 ran like ass.
However, after seeing max payne 3's performance, and knowing they used the same engine for GTA5, we should be good.
1st week patch, most likely, but there really is no excuse for this to perform as bad as gta4 did.

max payne 3 was a very linear closed off little game, in gta 5 depending on the draw distance you can see vehicles half the world map away. there is far far more going on in any moment of gta5 than in mp3, its no comparison.

Well the big draw distance with all them fucking cars will be hard on the cpu but not the graphicsshitcard. The cars in the distance will only look like small dickdots so the graphicscard can relax. The cpu however has to do the fucking work for the ai. I am not scared of any high cpu needs. Fuck them all it won't be a prob as long as the draw distance is fucking next gen for men only!

all these idiot should look at the statistics in japan and study them. It's one of most weirdest country which has really low rape and violance incidents among other countries despite the fact they love rape in their video games, animes and such.
And i havent read any fucking reliable scientific article about how these "super violent" games influence people to do bad things.

I agree with the point in general, given that you'd think that there would be an absolute non-stop rape-fest going on in Japan if game activities translated in the real world.
However, that argument wouldn't really hold up even (perhaps especially given their hatred of "sexist japan") against the idiots who make these claims, because it's pretty accepted that rape is reported at a much lower rate in Japan than most Western nations.
I mean, honestly, do you really think that there's only 1 rape per 100,000 Japanese women? Consider that, if those statistics were true, a Swedish woman would be SIXTY-SIX times more likely to be raped than a Japanese woman. Japan's rape statistics are only slightly less laughable than India's "1.8 out of 100,000."
Considering the company that Japan is in with regard to the unreasonably low rape reports, it probably suggests that they have a HUGE rape problem compared to places with higher reports.
Edit: An example: Iceland and Japan report the same murder rate of 0.3. Yet Japan reports 1 rape per 100,000, and Iceland reports 23. I find it hard to believe that, in two low-violence nations like Japan and Iceland, that Iceland would have 23 times the amount of per-capita rape.

Making it out to be some game that focuses killing a "class" is retarded for one. Everyone just like in real life in that game can be smashed over head maimed by car or bike, killed whatever else our wonderful inventive curiosity in the confides of our own homes can fathom up.
He makes it sound like hookers were forced to be hookers and its everyone elses fault that they are hookers, what in the fuck lol. If having ones own choices and mind is the new thing of the ladies of the world then they can bloody well decide to not be hookers and get a normal non threatening job/more dangerous like the rest of the world. Albeit of course the funny thing is even crossing the road can get you killed etc.
