Haha, you lightweights. I had over 100 hours in my first playthrough, and now I have 60-odd in a 2nd (level 23 and haven't even done the Winter Palace mission yet, lol). You must not play many MMOs. You become inured to that sort of thing after a while.

I imagine that some of us like myself have a life and girlfriends/wifes etc so are not shut in on PC all day playing video games.

Seriously? You pulled the "we have lives and girlfriends" bit? That's just sad. Anyone who has to say that on a gaming forum obviously has neither.

I only have one girlfriend but thats plenty already.

"Enlightenment is man's emergence from his self-imposed nonage. Nonage is the inability to use one's own understanding without another's guidance. This nonage is self-imposed if its cause lies not in lack of understanding but in indecision and lack of courage to use one's own mind without another's guidance. Dare to know! (Sapere aude.) "Have the courage to use your own understanding," is therefore the motto of the enlightenment."

Not true in any way shape or form.
It's a simple explanation as to why you are not spending insane amount of hours on the PC.
We have other things in life too...

You might like to think of it because you yourself are probably the saddest case of shut in nerdy gamer on this forum.
Playing countless games and making posts here on every topic i look at. Laughing
I think i understand why my comment stirred a defensive reaction in you.
It's up to you what you do with your life though. Don't be ashamed of what you chose.

Back on topic about the game though. The crack is not working well here. The game freezes every few seconds.

What class is most "fun"? I started with a mage but it's quite boring so far...Just holding RT (autoattack) and two spells whenever they are up...It might get better, but I don't know. Perhaps combat is just crap Smile

That's all classes really, but for me DW Rogue is great. More movement around the battlefield, some great traps, lots of leaping and dodging and so much damage too.

Yeah I might restart the game with rogue then...If nothing else, it might not be so stationary and boring.

Most of them look quite good, not just the typical flowing robe stuff but also various padded leather and scale armour. You can also use Fade-Touched Silverite to remove class restrictions and wear heavy armour too ... though you're not going to find FT-S until verrrrrrrry late in the game.

I think it does that even on legit versions for some people.

Here's a selection of Tier 3 ones (ignore the hood). The earlier ones are pretty much just variants of the same models without capes and such.

The first one is Elf only (Keeper robe), the last one is player-only ("xxxx of the dragon" pre-order), second last one is Grey Warden. There is some variation to be had with ones you can add arm and leg addons to. The ones above have none. Colours also vary with material type.

I tried it and it worked, Im not going to play it but have few questions:

1. Cutscenes are 30fps I get it but should they feel so stuttery despite it never dropping below that 30 ?

2. Windows 7 vs 8, is it still recommended to use 8 for better performance or patch fixed something ?

You don't need the Fade touched material, the base one is enough when put into the main slot. But yeah those materials that remove class restriction are to be found in a later areas. Both Silverite and Snoufleur Skin can be obtained in Emprise du Lion.

What's up with difficulty? Does that change enemy HP? Enemies seems bullet sponges already as it is on normal difficulty (but I haven't progressed far enough, only played through intro twice, nothing more).

Oh and tacticam fucking sucks so much that I rather keep avoiding it. Sad If one could zoom out more...
