There's a couple of things that can have a bigger impact on Inquisition instead of just a small dialogue sequence or a codex entry. 
For example:

Morrigan (DA: Origins) having or not having a child also affects a few things, as does if the child is human or "Old god baby"
Hawke's contact can be either Straud, Loghain or Alistair.
(But this is mostly a "cosmetic" option as their dialogue and behavior is nearly identical.)
Varrics friendship or rivalry with Hawke also affects a few things, such as some reactions after Adamant Fortress depending on the players decisions.
Many other things are just referenced via dialogue though such as whom you romanced in both the previous games.
Some of the inquisition warboard missions might be influenced by certain choices too but I'm not 100% sure on that, well I know one is.
(Also not sure if Dagna is always your master crafter in Skyhold or if it would be different had you chosen another outcome in DA:O)

I must be retarded cause this combat cant be THAT stupid, so when I press "attack" button which is left mouse I swing once, when I keep it pressed I swing all the time BUT why when I press it on target that isnt next to me the character wont run towards the target I clicked and attack ?

that is an "official" issue for some people, not crack related.
you need to wait for a patch. check the solutions in oficial ea forum. maybe one will work for you.

I'm guessing it won't matter much in the dlc/sequel just like this stuff did not matter much in this game.

10h in and i can say i likey this dragon age, probably gonna get bored later by it but fuck it 
playing with a dwarf,rogue,dual with stealth and poison makes the game more enjoyable for me as i always played rpgs with mages and i'm tired of them

camera terrible
no iso camera
ui
story
and few bugs, like when starting the game the language bar pops up in my status bar
+looks nice

Never installed origin. Used the launcher, ran it as admin. Same activation screen.

) - I can a black screen with the game's loading indicator (animating) in bottom right, mouse cursor (from the game, not os style), Shadowplay states that the blackscreen is at 200 FPS, but nothing more.
