You will definitely kick my ass, I'm losing almost all the matches so far  (although I'm probably the only sad guy who uses full-manual controls online). Fearwhatnow would be up too I think. Now that after months I finally got a stable internet connection we can play for 10 minutes straight without problems (hopefully!)

@ixi: u using win7 right? tried it even with a clean install, the game doesnt start with the online fix on 8.1

Yep, it actually didn't want to start for me either at first, then I did a fresh reinstall (RLD), applied the 3DM 1.01 update, the Revolt 1.01 fix over that and magically worked well. There is a lot of lag though, sadly, but the few times that everything is lag-free, it's fun. |

@ixigia: tried that, didnt work. dont want to waste my time on this to try different things. maybe revolt does a new fix for the update, maybe not. just wanted to check if online is bugged as always here and kick some ass, got a bit tired of fifa atm

Hm, finally got to play this for a while and I must say (baring two reservations: I haven't played it THAT much yet + I have not really tried FIFA 15) that my impression is that it is MUCH MUCH better than FIFA, I mean BY FAR. The AI plays real football, you can recognise the players from HOW they play and it just feels MUCH less scripted and on rails than FIFA.
I really cannot see how anyone who gives it a proper try can prefer FIFA (but again, I AM basing this on FIFA 14).

I'm using that one (the new 1.02 Revolt version) and I believe it's the same thing (sort of). Still working fine, there are always 300+ active people in the lobbies thanks to the free buccaneering.

I still need to try this game out but i got high hopes reading all the comments. As a serious fan of the series since the PS2 it does me good to see all the fifa fanboys finally bow for the PES supremacy

LOL, How much did Konami pay you to say that? PES used to be very close to fifa but this game is so much worse than fifa 15. EA may be a shitty company but fifa 15 is still the best soccer game out there with no comparison. Just because you hate EA you dont need to hate their games as well.

xzyg, do any mods so far correct the names for 100% all teams in the game? I can't see to get that answer anywhere, and there's too many mods to test. maybe you know

yeah i'm using the.... shit hold on, forgot...
fROYO rev3.1 patch Drowning Witch. Theres quite a few out there, but this one changed everything that I wanted. ie: correct names, team names, strips&badges/emblems, classic player names, stadiums, and league/competition names... It also added stadium advertising along with correct stadia names (at least for the premiership as I haven't tried any other leagues yet). Basically all that you would need to bring it in line with the real world.
(at least I think i'm using that patch mate, as its the only one still on my computer but I can't honestly remember what I installed all those months ago... it's got full data pack 2.00 and online support too by the way )

I don't understand whats all the fuss about those two games. I used to like PES more, as it was considered an underdog (back in the PS2 era) but it was actually better and more innovative than FIFA. Nowdays FIFA is the better game. Anyone, who claims that PES15 is better than FIFA15 is either a blind fanboy, or has not played both of the games to make a fair comparison.
I don't like FIFA, I genuinely hate EA, but IF I have to compare the two games FIFA is way better than PES at the moment. I wish PES was the dominating game, but this is not the reality.
