Does Steam combines for example your PayPal and your wallet if there aren't enough funds in one of them? Because I want to buy something but I am 50 cent short in my PP but I have the money in my Steam wallet.

my friend is just getting a steam account, later that day I just sat here and looked at steam and was like "mother fuck..."
I miss the days where I was so hyped to get all these new games and now it's just...eh..already got it. |

I guess my IP Address got changed via my ISP or something as Steam needed me to verify my info again so now I can't sell or trade these Christmas cards anymore for 7 days so it looks like all will be converted to gems now and even that is bugged for me since I never got the Gem Maker badge.
You got to love Steam where they can just say screw it, where else are you going to go for games and just let some bugs last for months on end like the not being able to print receipts bug that has been going since August.

Only best selling have as far as I can recall their best discount and the others just normal discount through the sales. And everything goes back to full when that is over.
