But realistically, what you want is to replay all CRPG's from 93-2005 and bask in the glory of advanced reading levels and no press X to feel something.

RTS and Adventures are the obvious choice here
I also remember playing Cruis'n USA with only one hand, you only need to accelerate and steer
If it gets infected and they have to amputate your hand you still have the option to get one of those MMO mice with 10+ remappable buttons Smile
