not that impressive - those assholes just used different nam for the same trailer and i counldnt check whats inside at work And how is that worse than the everyday repost by Kein?
lol I'm just giving you a hard time. It took me almost a minute in to realize it was the same trailer.
Oh. But is it still a free pack if you do NOT pre-hurrdurr the game? I think with Rome 2, the case was either you pay up blindly in advance, or you don't get the particular DLC (the Greek states it was, I suppose).
Damn, I thought I'd be watching some tactical army positioning, instead it was all about utterly pointless entourage and marriage management screen for your general.
I have a feeling that they are looking at paradox and are implementing some 'complexity' in their game. The only problem is that it's pointless. What works in character driven paradox titles that are built around auto-battles, will not work in a game where 10% on cavalry's speed mean nothing on battlefield, where AI, with elite army, will have trouble staying alive against peasants.
This bloatware and what Sports Interactive is achieving with FM, convinced me that brits are the best at complicating things that are best left simple.

WTF are you blabbering about?
Most of the stuff shown in that video was a staple of Total War. It's nothing new, it's all the stuff they ripped out in Rome2 and everyone hated them for that. Now they're putting it back in.
They ripped it out of rome2? I really don't remember it being as obtrusive in any previous game. Then again, I never spent much time in campaigns. And I've no idea why anyone is asking for it back. Like I said, it's pointless with the condition ai is in.
Meh it's like Madden: add this subtract that, add that back in.. Then tout them like they are new and exciting features... still, I am looking forward to Atilla, just not on release day.
In life, ones success is not determined by their wealth, but by how many attend their funeral..
Knowing their philosophy, I'll be waiting for the Attila Golden Elephant Edition that will be released in 2016 when the game leaves Early Access (and even then, I will still be skeptical xD)
Honestly I expected pretty much reskin of Rome2 but this looks unexpectedly different - hopefully by t it will be in better state than Rome 2 was at least in Summer 2015
also finally comeback of family tree the horde mechanic sounds really cool
meh, still miles away from medieval 2 modded game mechanics, and still no crusade funtion where u can ask your allies to attack a certain city, seeying 8 ful stacks of allied armies march on infidel city in tze holy land, that was what total war was all about and then they made empire
