Hmmm, I'm pretty sure you could buy retail Max Payne 3 that didn't activate on Steam, so I assumed it was also a content delivery service, apparently not. Laughing My bad.

Oh you can buy RU copies of MP3 that were Steam-less, but only as discs. You don't download from Social Club Smile
