I wanna take one video, and put one music over it. No cuts, no bullshit, just like missionary, one of top of the other.

Any program you recommend except mymother.exe?

Just use some muxing. Replace audio track with another. No reencoding of the video required, real fast and best quality.

http://www.videohelp.com/tools/MP4Muxer this one did a great job for me. load your video file, remove the audio track, go to the other tab, add the other audio track and click the multiplex button. voila, new audio on the video.
