Kept the job \o/

Was told by coworkers in the morning that I'm not to work and wait for the boss. When he came in 5 minutes later I explained my excuse and he gave me my 4th final warning Laughing He's really unlikely to fire me since I'm one of the best workers he has(despite being immature), and the only one of them that speaks actual english Razz

Nah, he knows polish workers are actually motivated so they work really hard, so he just uses empty threats to keep people in line(he even told me that once on the side). Shit, he likes polish workers so much that I only pay 20 pounds weekly for rent and the rest is free(gas, electricity and water) Laughing

One thing's for sure. Polish workers are made of something completely different than Norwegians at least. How it's possible to work so much, i will never know.

all you need to do is visit a doctor and they can never punish you, even if you arent really sick the doctor wont know that

say you had some chest pain (high alert for doctors due to heart attacks) but almost always gastro

going to a doctor is a pain but just by doing that you cover yourself legally

Tbh it's my first work in UK, and the Brits that work with us feel superior, priviledged and look for any means of avoiding proper tedious work. Except the 2 owners, those fuckers are like duracell rabbits

And dazz, I actually do have some worrying health issues but from what I'm aware getting an appointment localy is a pain in the ass(onl a county hospital near me), and I don't have a car yet which makes things way more complicated. Razz
