Got steam key pre-ordered for 33.99 euros from G2PLAY.NET back in June 2014. I noticed they are selling Digital download now and not Steam key.
33.99 euro is cheap enough for me, but just not getting the bonus for pre-order though.

Probably in same way as Skyrim Legendary Edition (ROW) RU Store glitch did.
