Dead island games were not so big iirc
And the map in this game strikes me as a bit small and explored all too quickly.

Damn, I bought it on g2a a while ago, I wonder when they'll give out the keys now that preload is available. Sad Other sites like GMG are pretty good about this and you can preload normally.

Yeah, same here, also bought it from g2a. Really hoping they'll give the keys before the release date but somehow I got the feeling that won't be the case Sad

The preview map we have all been seeing is only 1 out of 4 open area maps.

AFAIK Techland said it wouldn't be geolocked and it would activate/play in Germany just fine. Still waiting on a paycheck before I can get a key to try this out, hopefully in time for Tuesday. :-/

Is inexus.eu reliable? Bought an EU key from there for £22.57 and also bought a Russian key from Cddiski for £3.35 (Had £6 sat on my balance for about a year) figured one of them should show up by the time it's released so I can play it.

Did you activate your russian key yet? Is it multilanguage or locked to russian?

G2A is probably sourced from retail boxes. Chances are you'll get your key at retail launch.

But..the release date did change, no?
(That's their official pagebook site and Steam store page.)

EDIT: Facebook, not pagebook.

EDIT: Well it's probably third party contracted support so nothing new there, at least it went better than it usually does. Smile
(Going by various quotes and other stuff like image captures that have been posted before.)

People preordering game keys
Reaction

That is exactly the reason, why i only preorder gifts on Steam directly. I would only consider buying keys for games that are already released

G2A was the cheapest place to get a global non-region locked key at the time I bought it.

To be honest if it was a game like GTA I would probably just say "fuck it" and demanded a refund, but their terms and conditions say that a refund process is completed in around 72 hours, so I don't think it's worth wasting my time, since I have shitload of exams this week anyway so I wouldn't have time to play it anyway.

However, I won't buy anything else ever on g2a Laughing

If the order gets delayed to February wheneverthefuck, then I'll get a refund.

Inexus.eu confirmed to me I'll get my key by the latest on the 27th. I was a little concerned as they also said the 30th on their site so Emailed them:

Quote:
Hi there!

We just set the latest release date on our Website, but we'll get the keys and start the shipping at the latest on release day 27.01

Regards,
Inexus sp. z o. o.

Great price as well £22.57 (I might have fibbed and said I wasn't in the EU to save 20% VAT)...

Yes, we talked about this already in this thread. If there is a version of a gift specifically for Russia then Valve can place any sort of locks it wants on it, even a lock forbidding running the game outside Russia. They may also do the same thing Ubisoft does: only offer Russian language in that particular version.

TLDR: Stay away from gifts which are *only* sold in Russia.
