it is Trackmania2 for sure. I can recognize those physics from a mile away. Mods and cars download automaticly on some maps, if You set it correctly

While I don't know where that is from, I have to agree with couple of posters that said its from Trackmania (1?/2?). The physics give it away. However I never saw any of those maps or vehicles, will have to look that up.
