Of course Bf5 wont be as buggy as BF4 you really think that? Would be a nightmare for some (I never had probs with BF fucking 4....). I am sure they learned a bit. At least a bit. Dice is the right team for the dickjob!
I think bf 5 will be even worse, because DICE/EA knows people will buy their crap regardless if the game is working or not. We form our opinion by using our wallet by being a consumer.

Anyone but DICE.... Hell you can use DICE just fire the idiots who we're responsible for the decline the whole year that lasted or followed.
If you said EA, I would understand. If DICE weren't EA bitches they would surely postpone the release of BF4. They must've known about its numerous issues before the launch.
On the other hand I am glad that they didn't abandon it and fixed most of the bugs -- better yet, added features to the game that people wanted (like very detailed HUD settings visibility settings). Sure it took them quite long, but Battlefield 4 that is today is a worthy successor in Battlefield series.
One could also argue that every Battlefield game had big issues at launch, and I all future Battlefield titles will have such issues too. But that's pretty much given as Battlefield is much more complex piece of software than other FPS games.
Yes battlefield is a helluva lot more complex fps vs the other titles. But still they should have delayed bf4 for at least a year. You can blame EA all you want, nobody is forcing dice to release a subpar product. THey have a union like everyone else.

Battlefield: SuperMaxLine
And the gameplay itself, good god. They took Battlefield 4, made it considerably faster, even less tactical, added 2-3 gadgets and gimmicks trying to "hide" this quick modding job and to pass it off as full game, with results that I find quite insulting and embarrassing. The guns feel weird also, who knows what happened here.
If anything, this failure is really making me want to replay the cartel-free BF4, and I think that I will, since my connection now seems to hold up online play fairly well (sort of), apart from the lag spikes.
Less tactical? Less tactical what? It's just as "tactical" as any other bf in the series. Or as tactical a arcade fps can be of course.
The guns, you mean weapons feels odd? Well since bf never was about realism (made up caliber, made up ballistics, ) I don't see how this one is any diffrent. Maybe this time around they won't add dice-recoil that doesn't exsist in the real world just for the sake of it.
"What do you mean, there's recoil!"
Of course there's recoil from setting of an explosion-projectile (firing a weapon) but DICE adds recoil to weapons just to have some sort of made up balance instead of using real caliber data. Look at arma/americas army they know how to balance weapons.
I'd be so happy if battlefield started to ditch the whole arcade formula:
All weapons are now based on caliber (all 9mm does the same dmg, etc)
The most used firemode is single fire, full auto does not work noir is it practical.
FORCED teamwork, yup you heard me. Max 1 sniper per team, you have to request the class (just like americas army)
Liking the fact that flashbangs in Hardline ACTUALLY do something. Unlike those in BF4
I don't know when was the last time you played BF4, but right now flashbangs in it are very good at what they are supposed to do - confusing and disorienting the shit out of you. If you are close enough, the blinding effect is sufficiently long and even after it subsides you still have your friend/foe markers switched off for some time, which is more confusing than you might think (also used to be deadly, when FF was off in Classic mode - I kinda miss that ). And then there is the insta-suppression effect that messes up your aim.
Gas grenades could make for an interesting addition to the BF4 arsenal though
I haven't used them ever since they were so broken and useless and kept using explosive ones, if they're anything like that they finally are what they should've been from the start: annoying as fuck
What do you think about destruction in this game? I'm very dissapointed, you can't even create a hole in buildings (Dust Bowl map), only destructible things are little wooden fences. I mean even BF4 had more destruction then this shit.. I mean, gameplay and other things are good, but BF is about destruction now too....
Still not close enough to Bad Company 2's destruction The game is far too easy, I ended up as MVP 6x times, MVP2 3x and barely died taking 20-30 people with me each match.
Maybe I played too much BF4 hardcore, but it's not exactly challenging right now
I can say proudly I didn't even bother wasting bandwidth on this beta crap. I've been a fan of DICE for a long time (and still am), but that doesn't mean I would bite for this obvious, pathetic cash-grab. Hell, I won't even bother trying the isodemo campaign That kind of thing is already way below me
@nforules: I understand why you don't like BF4, but it's quite undeniable that in this DLC () they considerably speeded up the animations/overall pacing, and at the same time changed the way guns behave (especially the spread) to favor close combat instead.
BF4 is arcade-ish too of course, saying otherwise would be a lie. Though those changes alone alter the formula and they're quite noticeable. Everything is more "twitchy", in a Medal of Honor-esque way (which me no likey, for the obvious reasons ). And the vehicles are honestly pretty average too compared to BF, since they're not the focus here.
So in a nutshell, while it's true that this game is mostly a lazy BF4 rehash job, it's also true that it's fundamentally a gimped version of BF4, its retarded cousin so to speak.
The incredible OST though, how can you not love that!
This is not battlefield. Not even close to it.
But i gotta confess it's not as bad as i thought (or, better yet, as it was on the first beta).
Gfx are atrocious, way worse than BF4 (or even 3), models are ugly as sin, but it's kinda fun. Seems like the middle of the road between BF and CoD.
Played for a couple hours, not enough to make me buy it, but who knows. Gotta admit my impression wasn't as bad as the first beta (which i played whole 10 minutes then deleted), so that's a start at least.
