I dont get how the Belgians could build something like that. Don't you guys get your drivers licence without an exam when you turn 18?

Serb: Fuck your bitch mother in the mouth, fuck your grandmother in the butt, fuck your relatives? in list, fuck your god you fuck, fucking smelly shit, Mars 3 times ??? mother, gay you Slovenian!
and for those who still don't get it, it illustrates the richness of the Serbian language, and the lovely Balkans neighborhood relations.
