agreed this game is suprisingly good. The graphics look really really good too.

Yeah The thing that surprised me most was the graphics. when you wake up on the beach, and see Julia ( apologies if name is wrong ) First thing i thought was alex from hl2 but better

yeah really impressive graphics and a real cinema type feel to it, im getting on with this one and it feels different enough to want to play more and i still have not seen the mighty kong yet.
As for framerate, the 360 version runs smooth, while the PS3 is a jaggy mess that chugs along in slow motion.

lol i wouldnt go that far. The expressions and the models in the hl2 characters are leaps and bounds above what u get here. But it does look really well done

Hi all,
At the dinosaur caravan, theres a bridge at the top where i got stuck, so what i did was went in the middle of the bridge..... and then jumped off, lol... stayed on a dinosaur for about 3 secs and then fell of lol... luckily i didn't die....

im stuck after the dinosaur caravan, im in that cave and i need that extra "stick" so i can get the door\gate opened. its in the "usual" place, behind a ton of bushes, wich i have to burn down, but i dont have anything to burn it down with, there are no open flames in the area...

well, i was in the exsact same dilemma as you... however i managed to make away round the bushs and reach out for - technically go to your right side of your bush friend and walk into it and try and reach out for the stick... hope it works for you...

thnx for the tip, i`ll have a go at it later on:)
i think the must frustrating thing so far (besides the damn bush) is controlling king kong, it got kinda boring,nothing you could do wrong.

Wauw, this game looks fantastic.
Best water I have ever seen in a videogame.
Absolutly stunning waves of realisticly looking water, could watch it for an hour and still be amzed how real it looks
This is gonna be a big hit, very good game!

 Spoiler: | look up to the sky in the room where the stairs lead down (1st room, where you cant go any further back from). there is a fire up there that you need to shoot down. |

I liked the game too completed it tonight probably the first movie based game in a long time that I've taken the time to complete (with the exception of warriors).
Only minor gripes with the game were that its a little short which seems to be a recent trend, Naomi Watts character doesn't really look like her, there weren't enough levels involving Kong and the level in Manhattan was too short. Then there was the story........Im a sucker for a happy ending why could Kong and Naomi Watts not have got married and stayed on the island

I just got the game and completed it in a day. It was mercifully short. The visuals were jaw dropping, but there was entirely too much spear-chucking/brush-burning going on. Playing as Kong was great though.
