This is my main complain, the license is secondary. No idea why everybody focused on it. It's just a thing I noticed that those people had in common.

As if old people who got bored with their work have a better attitude. Age has nothing to do with work attitude.

If you'd look closely you would see that I don't bring up age as the cause of it with young people. It's not having any inclination on how it goes on the work floor, lack of experience, feeling unsure that causes most of the problems (which is mostly a thing at that age).
Somehow people expect that after leaving school you fit in a job perfectly and we've all been there: it takes time because you don't get groomed for that life in school. Some take longer than others to adjust.
It was kind of silly to bring up old people since he was talking specifically about young people.No one was denying that old people cant have attitude problems themselves, but those are caused by mostly other things. |

employment law in Europe kicks in after 2 years, I think, so anything employment related depends on how long you've been there.
That, or complain via police.
