Pushups (hands together to spreading as far as possible and in between), pullups (wide and close grips), crunches and side crunches standing up with dumbell (don't know the proper name for this exercise), shrugs, bicep curls, calf raises.
All of them I do around 4 sets, each set is until failure. Some exercises I sometimes do up to like 8 or 9 sets when I feel like.
Lost 30+ kilos in 2008. Went from 97 kilo to 62.
Then back up to around 70 gaining muscles (mostly thanks to the army).
Left the army, went back down to 62 kilo.
Now i train 6 days a week at home with the above mentioned exercises, been doing this for around 5 months now and I am up at 66 kilo now.
Gonna keep doing this, as it gives me energy, motivation, confidence and more sex
