Probably the longest (or at least the most advanced) pre-load vs released date that I've ever seen with a PC game. bad that cracl is impossibru, but I'm patient

Why do they have two different systems again? Won't this be a pain in the ass if you want to play with friends? Will steam players be able to play against rockstar service users?

steam is only used as distribution plattform. same as ubigames it only launches their launcher

All players are going to use RGSC services, just like Max Payne 3.

There are no cheap steam keys. Your best bet for steam copy is via traders on http://www.steamgifts.com/trades or similar sites

cheapness is relative. if you do math even 60 eur might be cheap. this game has potential of 100+ hours of offline fun and 100+ hours of online fun and then mods etc for years to come. with gta games value for money is very very high even if you pay full price, especially on PC.

I want to use my small (128GB) SSD to play this game.
Seems like I won't be able to decrypit it on my drive.
So I will problaby install in on my second HDD and then copy the installed game to the SSD.
My question: I have done this in the past, but it's been a while. Has steam implemented that function by now? Or does it still ahve to be done manually?

Do it manually - its not that big deal (but yeah, it would have been nice with a built in way to do it)
