I still play OMF even today, something about it just "clicks" with me. The music, the characters, the memories... and yes, absolute inputs too I'm glad we're starting to get more fighters on the PC, especially since I *do* love the japcrap ones Especially technical-heavy fighters like DoA and the combo nuts of Guilty Gear.
Looking at the publisher it seems KOEI is trying to get as much cash as possible from DLC by bundling together numerous items into these packs, for this game at around 50 to 60 outfits per DLC it's something like 0.99 $ per outfit but instead of separating them they've bundled it together into these four packs totaling over 200 dollar / Euro which is way above what the game itself costs.
(Also means over 200 outfits were cut and made into DLC.)
I'll see if I can't find those 3DM or ALI213 versions instead.

The above pack that Sabin mentioned will give all the DLC outfits including some pretty weird ones for El Mariposa (Jewel nipple-stickers and thong.) and some of the other characters (sea shell mini bikini) even the clearly underage character gets some questionable outfits.
(The goth-loli one isn't that bad and tends to be a pretty popular thing but the child swimsuit and I think the gym outfit is called a "buruma" is a bit strange although plenty of the adult characters get similar school outfits too.)
For bounciness you further need to get the earlier mentioned Cheat-Engine table as to quickly unlock the third breast movement option, natural is already pretty ridiculous and then there's "DOA" further upping bounciness and then this third option which I forgot the name of and haven't seen myself yet.
(And then you go into AI vs AI battle and engage photo mode with pause and zoom and screen capturing. )
