the same thing was when DVDs came to PC , there where like only 3 DVD games in 2004-2005 : Silent Hill 3 , Metal Gear Solid 2 and that Xbox port game about that future helicopter forgot its name ...
at that time i bought SH3 DVD ... and then a DVD LG reader http://www.mobygames.com/game/windows/silent-hill-3/cover-art
what would you get a 6 CD version or one DVD version .... |

Portuguese user here.
"Liberação" means that you need to put out for a staff member in there, aka "liberar sua bunda" if you want to get the key at that date.

Once files are unlocked, you can just start downloading from Steam on the other PC, copy files over then make Steam check the files. You should be good to go.

My download speed isnt exactly great either. I think the max speed ive ever seen here was 1.1mb/s

It's almost done now, the three days prediction was correct xD No bandwidth limits here thankfully, a small consolation at least.
I also spammed some invites in the Humpy Rock Club (and surely missed a lot of people, so feel free to add me). I resumed an account from 2008 that I didn't even know it existed!
