I wonder if the sequel will have some of those supernatural monstrosities.
I think we discussed possible sequel back then? Corvo's story and D1 is finished, and it only make sense to build continuation of the story around Outsider and his secrets, his knowledge. It was kinda hinted in the original game - if you did read the journals you would know that Sokolov and some other people tried to pursue Outsider and his origins, they traveled a lot, searching for little pieces of knowledge and clues. D2 still could be some local story as it was with Corvo but in my opinion they should put more emphasis on some core plot with Outsider, like each game would open more and more info on this (but, unlike with tv shows, you can't really drag it through bunch of episodes aka games, it does not really work well in vidya). Otherwise another IP could turn into bunch of copy&pasted game with the same boring shit over and over again.
The last time I saw the video of that Stealth god I ended up reinstalling everything, super excited for the infinite possibilities, only to get hugely disappointed by my non-existent reflexes and virtual coordination
This time I just enjoyed the ride, nodding and purring like a baby panther in awe.
