I bought the game on Nuveem, and i got the FULL UNLOCKED TORRENT, because the Rockstar Downloader was slow as hell, will this get me banned when going online? I'm tired and confused...

Naah. Doesnt matter where you get the files as long as you have a legit key. |

If the files are the same hash of originals, there is not way R* knows.
