ok i basically put everything i could to max at 1440p. Even in the indoors when i had explosions and heavy smoke, it went to 40 or so. I even enable advanced options to the max. then i took some stuff away to stay under 4gb vram. Gonna go with something more reasonable  I dont expect everything ultra. Probably my i5 is bottlenecking

Why do you have both FXAA and MSAA enabled ? Am I missing something?

I mean... GTA IV wasn't exactly mod-friendly at the beginning too. GTA games are every modder's wet dream, they'll figure it out soon enough.

The only way I can get the Launcher to work under Windows 8.1 is using a local account, if I use a Microsoft account it crashes.
