And it seems SP content is unlocked once mission called "Franklin & Lamar" has been completed.
I just want to make sure that the content is unlockable by playing the game. I'm still quite unsure is this content unlocked or not. Obviously you cannot even see rail gun without this unlock? I can see it but it's out of stock like I said before.
I checked if the launcher was using CPU while I was playing, but it was sitting at 0% all the time, so I don't know if it works, but the above doesn't apply for me.
I hope that guy is able to make his mod work with first person vehicle FoV, because right now it's almost impossible to drive in first person. The real life equivalent would be like driving as you're leaned over the steering wheel with your face pressed on the windshield.

My Q9400 can barely handle the game. Max I get in the city is 45 FPS on mostly lowest settings.

Copy/paste from other forum.
1. Open start menu type in "regedit" in the search bar and run it.
2. Open HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
3. Open SOFTWARE
4. Open Wow6432Node
5. Open Rockstar Games
6. Select Grand Theft Auto V
7. At the right side double click "Language" and set it to en-US
8. Play the game

Same thing worked with GTA IV. I've played it like that on back then my good old E6750

Online Heists + crashing = annoying as fk. They need to implement a timer to let players reenter the game/heist. Its so annoying that you have to redo the whole lobby shit with loading times the instant someone crashes. I cant get the prison break heist done because of it
I went online...was in the game for like 5 seconds before I got run over the first time...after that it was like 10sec between each time I died but I did manage to get away and buy a flat at the 51st floor of a skyskraper was nice to use the telescope and watch people outside.
