30GB, what makes it so big? 4K textures, hi-res cutscenes?
MK9 was 10GB if I remember well.
I hope there will be a repack with 'just' HD textures.

fucking story mode 30fps bink movies are about ~14 gb. theres is 13gb repack without them

I once raised this point on a forum post on 'The Register'. I got downvoted by a large amount of people. Bearing in mind these guys genrally work in the IT industry, it just goes to show that we are somehow the minority, where 60fps is the minimum we accept as smooth and acceptable gameplay in the current age.
Look at how many developers aim for the 30fps target because they believe it is absolutely fine, and everything looks better in cinematic mode....

Exactly. I don't know what it is either, but something FEELS wrong when playing. I thought it was the controls but I'm not sure, there's something in the hit-pause too, I dunno, probably just need to get used to the new style.

game is boring and unreal engine 4 runs like shit on my pc.
other ue4 games run better.
also fucking shit crashed and lost my story progress.

I don't have any experience with DS4 tools *but!* Inter recommended DS4W and that looks to be just like an improved version of BetterDS3;

Thought I was only one getting that strange feeling, something is really offputting about this one. I`m a MK fan, played every game, spend tons of time with mk1 on the arcades. Loved previous one, felt really great. This one, somehow, feels strange.
60 fps are nice, 30 in cutscenes is ridicilous, I have no problem in stable 30fps in some tpp action games but here constant switching between 30 and 60 in story mode just feels bad. Also everything is fucking brown. Played only few matches in story mode but previous one just felt better.

Maybe that offputing is caused by all these weapons crap they are using nowdays. Good old MKs used to be fighting games with random weapon usage etc instead of smashing them all the time.
I might grab this game for about 10€ sometimes in the future but for now I think I can get my MK fix by playing MK9.

To be honest, i dont like it as much as MK9 also, the fighter roster also is really bad, i hate all those sonya blade variations, they all feel the same, wheres smoke, rain, the cyber ninjas, skarlet ? and why are we getting old man kung lao liu kang etc, looks like MK : Retirement Home.
